Job Description
- Lead the development team.
- Manage lifecycle of a project, from design to deployment.
- Plan and prioritize project features.
- Good knowledge of the company product development lifecycle and the process tools.
- Good Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks
- Participate in project architecture design.
- Development of new features and modules, as well as maintaining the existing.
- Code reviews
- Establish ways for team members to complete their tasks.
- Create communication channels between the team and other departments.
- Responsible for estimation management, timesheet management, proper resource management, proper time management, and quality management.
- Responsible for identifying project risks.
- Define milestones for a new project.
- Mentor and lead a team of Junior and Senior Developers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Computer science or any relative degree
- Minimum of 7 Years’ experience including 2 years leading a team.
- PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- OOP, design patterns
- Project Management Skills and Team Leadership
- Lead at least 2 - 4 Projects full cycle implementations
- Symfony Framework, API – Platform
- Code Igniter
