Job Description
- Propose and document functional solutions;
- Participate in the Agile development cycle of Dynamics CRM and systems revolving around it
- Actively collaborate with customizing the Dynamics CRM application
- Supervise the development of the identified solutions
- Analyze, document, test and support the Dynamics CRM components
- Assist other work teams during data migrations, integrations, and interfacings with existing systems
- Ensure the use of proper customizing practices for Dynamics CRM
- Validate the portability of developed components by the development team so they can support future updates;
- Understand business processes and the users’ day-to-day reality in order to suggest systems improvements and optimizations
- Participate and assist in analyzing business needs
- Develop/Review functional tests
- Offer technical support during product launches and post-implementation
- Strong technical understanding of Dynamics Online and Dynamics 365, including a detailed understanding of all CRM functional areas.
- Strong working knowledge of associated technologies including Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Client, Office 365 and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience developing custom Dynamics CRM extensions, including workflows and JavaScript Hands-on, functional knowledge of Click Dimensions would be an advantage.
- Help determine and translate customer needs and approach to Contribute to proposal development
- Contribute to the scope, approach, and estimating input to the proposal team
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences or the equivalent.
- 8+ years’ experience in IT and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Dynamics CRM Architect.
- 7+ years’ experience in consulting, business analysis, implementation, or product support in CRM systems
- Product of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product.
- Experience in the implementation and evolution of customer relations management systems (CRM).
- Experience in the Migration using 3rd party Tools and SSIS
- Experience in project management, an asset.
- Notable hands-on experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, preferably holding Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications or currently studying for certifications.
- Technologies
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM software in sales, services and Marketing process context.
- Experience in programming Microsoft. NET, C#, SQL, HTML, XML, Java Scripts, JQuery, ODATA, JSON, PowerShell, CRM SDK and Web services WCF, asset.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Authentication, Windows Networking, Performance, and Security aspects
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI is an asset.
