Job Description
- Advises others and assumes a technical leadership role in support of the solution design, implementation, and system integration.
- Receive business requirements from products Manager.
- Master the design, data models, Application/Table relationships.
- Translates business requirements into specific system. Participates in a wide range of design activities, from requirements analysis through systems, application and/or process design specification.
- Leads the technical team during project implementation to grantee on time delivery and high technical quality.
- Brings forward and escalates issues that make down the success of the project.
- Acts as a liaison in communication between project managers, quality assurance, team members and customers.
- Responsible for Technical Architecture of Design and implementation of the web solution.
- Brainstorm and Design Models including Data and Process models
- Analyze and document business processes.
- Performs technical tasks including study, analysis, design, programming, product installation, system integration, and conduct education courses.
- Advises others on tools, technology, and methodology related to implementing IT solutions in their area of specialty
- Compares and articulates alternative approaches to a design, and implements technical solutions that meet initial requirements
- Prepares and reviews design documents, code and other development deliverables
- Participates in the projects estimation and planning
- Investigating and introduces new technologies to the development team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
- Strong knowledge (languages, compilers, algorithms, analysis, programming structure) acquired through university education or equivalent experience.
- Not less than 10 years of experience in software development (Backend & Frontend).
- Experience in team leadership, and the ability to allocate efforts accordingly.
- Ability to lead software projects from requirements to delivery within agreed on quality and time frame.
- Strong Solid Experience in software development, especially in .NET development (.Net Core, Entity framework, LinQ, etc).
- Proven experience in Single-Page-Apps (Angular or React frontend based apps).
- Deep experience in MS SQL Server.
- Have a spot-on eye in evaluating performance, usability, and acceptance criteria.
- Critical thinker, and have innovative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and recommend practical solutions to attain desired results.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to independently own, design, write and test quality code, as well as function effectively in a team environment.
- End to end experience of the project lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of database architecture and design
- Strong Knowledge of Agile Project Management & Scrum Mastery.
