Job Description

Main Purpose:

  • Execute the brand(s) marketing plans and all the necessary activities that serve the overall objectives of the Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for brand’s budget and monitoring of brand spending.
  • Responsible for finalizing all contracts with suppliers and legal department.
  • Brief, implement and monitor all brand related marketing activities.
  • Lead the development of new product development or penetration of a new category and the implementation of their marketing activities.
  • Implement enhancements in product or/and packaging of any existing SKU.
  • Analyze brand factors such as distribution, statistical reports and market trends to provide future forecast and lead the execution of the annual brand plan in accordance to the desired KPIS and brand strategy.
  • Visit different trade channels on regular basis to monitor performance of brands and competition
  • Prepares presentations showing performance of brand(s) (e.g. retail audit, ad trackers, sales performance, P&L…etc.) to the team and upper management
  • Brief and take part in any researches related to the brand
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with the team and external parties
  • Lead and supervise agencies to deliver all brand requirements as per strategy within the assigned budget and timeframe.
  • Work closely with trade marketing, Design & Production team and sales team in order to create relevant trade materials to support the brand’s objectives.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, Business (marketing major) or Mass Communication.
  • Experience: 4-6 Years of experience in brand management Languages: Perfect command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
  • Computer Skills: MS Word Skills Advanced MS Excel Skills Advanced MS PowerPoint Advanced MS Outlook Skills Advanced Working Conditions:
  • Working Days: 5 Days/week [Sunday Till Thursday]
  • Days Off: Two days/Week [Friday and Saturday]
  • Working Hours: 7:30am till 4:00pm Working Environment: 30% Outdoors and 70% of standard office work
