- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality & coordination of the department's activities.
- Support marketing & sales team in organizing various projects.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports & questionnaires.
- Update sheets, database & information.
- Assist in the organizing of events & attend them to facilities.
- Compose & post on line contact on the company's websites & social media accounts.
- Write marketing literature brochures, press releases,.....etc.
- Communicate directly with clients & encourage trusting relationships.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
- Good understanding of office management & marketing principles.
- Good knowledge of market research techniques & databases.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, online applications & graphics programs.
- Language skills: English - Fluent
