Job Description

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality & coordination of the department's activities.
  • Support marketing & sales team in organizing various projects.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports & questionnaires.
  • Update sheets, database & information.
  • Assist in the organizing of events & attend them to facilities.
  • Compose & post on line contact on the company's websites & social media accounts.
  • Write marketing literature brochures, press releases,.....etc.
  • Communicate directly with clients & encourage trusting relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
  • Good understanding of office management & marketing principles.
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques & databases.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, online applications & graphics programs.
  • Language skills: English - Fluent
