Job Description
- Serve as the point person for office manager duties including Mailing, Supplies, Bills & Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Responsible on following up on the materials shipping and logistics procedures.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Administration from a well-known Egyptian university.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, logistics and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication in English
- Female/Male. (Female highly recommended)
