Job Requirements
- Configuration and administration of network components according to corporate strategies.
- Monitoring all Voice Devices and Connections
- Cisco Call Manager Administration
- Cisco Voice Gateways Administration
- IPCC Servers Administration
- IVR Design and Implementation
- Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines
- Make sure to work as per ISO 27001 guidelines
- Technical training sessions for the team and users if needed
- Monitoring Network /Voice Devices with Orion
- CCVP is a must
- BSC of engineering or computer science is a must
