Job Description
- Acting as a link between clients and the agency. They are responsible for the coordination of advertising & Marketing campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved.
They must understand their clients' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns. - Advertising account executives shall report to The Account and Sales supervisor.
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
- Working with the account members, Operation members to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies.
- Liaising, and acting as the link between, the client and the advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both.
- Presenting the campaign ideas and budget to the client. “Quotation Making”
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
- Produce all standard account management documentation quickly and efficiently (e.g. minutes of meeting, status reports, slide decks/ presentations, spreadsheets, timelines and plans).
- The ability to deal with the client's needs and turn them around quickly and efficiently, and maintaining a clear vision of what is a big strategic opportunity for good work.
- High standards of work and incredible attention to detail and super organised, a be able to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm and under pressure.
- Managing and liaising with external partners such as media agencies, platforms and production companies to establish key collaborative relationships.
