Job Description
- Receive customer calls and provide the requested information.
- Deal directly with customers face to face.
- Contact customers to communicate order updates and delivery time
- Set appointments for the customers in the factory and make sure all arrangement is ready before customer arrival
- Facilitate internal communication with planning finance etc.
- Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
- Properly report feedback received from customers if any to the concerned parties inside the organization- Manage Administration Work of the project's sales and after sales sector
- Make sure that documents cycle is respected and completed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner.
- Conduct customer surveys about the company’s service so as to obtain feedback
- Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in relevant major
- Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in the same field of activity of the company (lighting products, poles, electric panels, cable trays, hot galvanizing)
- Gender: Female or Male
- Other Skills : Excellent Computer skills ( Excel, Word, powerpoint ) – Excellent communication and Presentation skills – Intermediate level of English is sufficient- very High level of self-confidence – Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening – Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters – Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively
