Job Description
- Ensure nil complaints of the key clients through developing solid business relationship.
- Ensure 100% control of the captive accounts via monitoring and tracing such account during the year.
- Ensure proper marketing technical capabilities according to the U/W Standard and strategies set forth by the end of the year.
- Ensure proper analysis and statistics of the current portfolio concerning the captive business during the year.
- Ensuring maximizing portfolio of brokers and agents.
- Any other tasks assigned by LM and management.
