Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Structure, build & follow up a Sales plan.
• Selling Social Media & Online Advertising services using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Attend meetings indoor & Outdoor
• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to CEO
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed job requirements
