Job Description
- Site patrols identifying H&S, cleaning, maintenance and security issues.
- Incident management, investigation, and reporting.
- The first point of contact for customer and tenant inquiries and complaints.
- Monitoring and managing staff on a day to day basis.
- Communicating and coordinating among different departments inside the mall and with the rest of the company.
- Implementing and supervising the operations’ schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 3+ years of experience as a duty manager in the hotel industry is a must.
- Excellent communication, Public relation, and leadership skills.
