Job Description

  • Ensures the effective operation of the Board and its committees and that they maintain high standards of corporate governance
  • Sets the Board’s agenda and ensures that adequate time is available for discussion of all agenda items, in particular strategic issues and for effective decision-making
  • Ensures effective communication with shareholders and other stakeholders and that the Company’s obligations to and interests of its stakeholders, in particular customers and regulators, are known and understood by the Board
  • Ensures that new directors receive a full, formal and tailored induction on joining and regularly reviews and agrees with directors their training and development needs, including updating their skills and knowledge of the Company and having appropriate access to its operations and staff
  • Ensures that directors are receiving complete, accurate, reliable, timely and clear information, and gives direction to the Company Secretary for good information flows within the Board and its committees and between senior management and non-executive directors
  • Assists with the full, formal and tailored induction of new directors on joining and in updating their skills and knowledge of the Company, including enabling appropriate access to its operations and staff
  • Review Daily Reports through Shifts and create statistics reports.
  • Review Production Plan according to the Annual Operating Plan according to Daily Plan with Logistics.
  • Work towards developing and improving skills of all employees within the departments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Promote and maintain open communication, including interaction with other departments; providing support to enable the timely achievement of objectives;

  • Assist in evaluating staff progression and training needs;
  • Ensure that adherence to company regulations, hygiene standards and Health and Safety policies.
  • Prepare reports about production rates.
  • Be responsible of the expansion plan for this project and manage the operation of the new added lines in the future.
  • Rearrange Shift Reports and submitting it to the chairman.
  • Monthly Reports (Inventory Status) to the chairman.
  • Meeting Daily Schedules – the number of products to be packed, and submitting it to the chairman.
  • Conduct weekly review with Sub circle leaders to assess progress and agree on actions to apply corrective measures.
  • Update activity board results weekly.
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the managers/executives of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses.

Job Requirements

  • High educational ( Prefer engineering section )
  • 2 years of Experience in the same field. (preferred plastic background)
  • Proficiency in English language in both written and spoken.
  • Computer proficiency (Excel-Word-PowerPoint).
  • Communication & Leadership Skills.
  • Decision Maker & Result oriented.
