Job Description
- Define Business Development Strategies with the management board.
- Discuss and setting short and long terms targets and objectives with other managers to improve the business internally and externally.
- Create, implement, and monitor marketing strategies, researches, and plans.
- Monitor and control all business development projects and ensure all targets are set and met.
- Ensure the satisfaction of customers through surveys, meetings and complaint reports.
- Participate in increasing yearly growth rates in different business areas, especially in MK share, revenue, productivity, appearance, and development.
- Representing the group in public speaking and events.
- Establishing new, and maintaining current relationships with customers.
- Generate sales leads and support the sales teams to start and close the deals.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations in all business areas.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of engineering (Preferred in Electrical)
- Diploma in sales and marketing
- Master of Business Administration.
- Proficiency in English
