Job Description

Your Responsibilities:
Job Purpose

  • Managing the importation process of imported products as well as support customer service and distribution operations at assigned market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly primary sales plan with alignment of demand & supply teams
  • Assign market net requirements for all imported SKUs
  • Review open order book twice per month with supply planners
  • Receive notification once goods ready at site and arrange intertek inspection
  • Co-ordinate between site & KN all required shipping documents
  • Follow up on shipping and customs clearance process along
  • Confirm goods receipts at GSK warehouse with warehousing team
  • Receiving customer orders from distributors
  • Check stock availability at warehouse
  • Generate invoices against customer orders received
  • Plan the delivery plan with distributors daily basis among all distributors
  • Report weekly & monthly customer service related KPIs
  • Record sale returns on JDE system after managing physical receipt process from all distributors as per GSK standard operating procedure
  • Update all credit notes basis on weekly sales return with alignment with finance team
  • Issue customer service related SOPs
  • Manage all communications on daily basis with all related internal & external stakeholders to ensure monthly customer service related KPIs target is met
  • Report all customer complaints to quality dept. to ensure quality systems compliant are met.

Job Requirements

Basic qualifications:

  • University degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Warehousing/Custom clearance/Logistics Operations in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG multinational organization
  • Release energy, self-motivated
  • Drive performance
  • Work across boundaries
  • High problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
