Job Description
- Provide day to day support, implement fixes and deploy additional functionality as required across a number of SAP modules.
- Provide the direct link between the organization and IT service provider to listen, collaborate, prioritize and advise the business best solution, to achieve the desired results.
- Collaborate with solution architects to evaluate design alternatives, select the appropriate solution and meet or exceed our business client expectations.
- Strong business processes knowledge, as well as solid SAP functional knowledge to advise and recommend the best solution that fully meets the business requirements.
- Participate in the SAP implementation project as part of the team responsible for implementation.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications to enable the organization to provide solutions.
- Work with cross functional teams to perform test activities (e.g. integration, performance, user acceptance).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years, experience in an Information Technology business analyst role working with end-users to translate business requirements into IT functional specifications.
- Min 2+ years SAP experience
- Strong listening, collaboration and problem solving skills including the ability to description technical solution options in business terminology.
- Must have a thorough understanding of the main business processes within the respective function.
- Proven project management experience for IT projects is highly desired.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
