Job Description

  • Analyzing the economic, political, social and technical environment
  • Pinpoint weaknesses, as well as forecast trends and identify opportunities for organizational growth
  • Analyzes the resulting data and makes recommendations to help improve organization's performance
  • Reviews the various strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats affecting the organization
  • Assessing the company’s environment and resources, defining the mission and vision, identifying priorities and objectives, and selecting valuable strategies.
  • Devises goals for what the organization must do.
  • Outlines specific goals, how to achieve them and who should execute them
  • Summarizes these activities in an annual plan for the company and individual work plans for each department.
  • Performing market-analysis and monitoring industry trends and company news
  • Provides support to identify and asses strategic issues, facilitate strategic discussion, and manage strategic initiatives.
  • Gives recommendations, in turn, become part of a company's plan to reduce staff turnover
  • Guiding the company through financial obstacles and helping to achieving its goal of continued profitability and growing revenues
  • Lead the company towards their target successfully by using its own strengths, resources, and manpower.
  • Determines where organization is heading over the next year or more.
  • Formulates strategies or suggests changes or improvements to current business plans, policies, and procedures
  • Formulate feasible recommendations to the management on how to optimize near-term growth
  • Develops business plans that support and introduce solutions for strategic issues that impact the company
  • Evaluates the operational effectiveness of the entire workforce through Key performance indicators.
  • Help determine if a worker's knowledge, skills and abilities is helping to accomplish employer's goals and objectives
  • Follow up , evaluate & review company strategic plan (with Balanced score card model and key performance indicators).
  • Participated in Applying EFQM Model
  • Participated in Applying ERP system

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • MBA is preferred
  • Strategic planning strategic management courses is preferred
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years’ experience in planning field
