Production Area:
- Plan, organize and manage the production operational team to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with our goals and directives.
- Able to do a strategic planning and forecasting
- Monitor production achievements on daily basis
- Monitor finished products movements and build up a solid production plan to fulfill market demands and maintain balance or product's varieties available at all moments
- Prepare operations reports and statistics for different departments & upper management.
- Appraise performance; reward and discipline employees;
- Resolve problems, and address staffing needs.
- Address issues that need to be corrected as well as recognizing good performance.
- Handle other related production operation tasks.
- Mentor, train and develop team-mates.
Maintenance:
- Monitor, supervise the operation of the maintenance team
- Coordinate between daily, weekly & monthly maintenance plans
- Ensure smooth operation of the production & Maintenance teams
Job Requirements
- Prior Managerial Experience Preferred
- Highly Organized
- Production and Planning Skills Required
- Ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively
