Job Description

  • Will be responsible for managing Clinic's reservations.
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the clinic.
  • Direct the patient inside clinic.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
  • Deal with insurance companies patients.

Job Requirements

  • Available to start work immediately.
  • Ready to work AM and PM shifts.
  • High University Degree is a must.
  • Good in English.
  • Highly Presentable.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
