Job Description

  • First line support for the users
  • Answer staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers, and networks problem.
  • Perform hardware and software installations.
  • Administrating the AD, Domain Controllers, File Servers, Exchange
  • Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines
  • Microsoft windowsWin7 and Win 8.
  • Windows Server 2003,2008 and 2012
  • Office 2003, 2007,2010 and 2013.
  • LAN, WAN troubleshooting.
  • Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications
  • Antivirus and antispyware software awareness
  • Working knowledge with AD, DNS, DHCP.
  • Working knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure
  • Understanding of Network fundamentals
  • CCNA /MCSA

Job Requirements

  • 1 year to 3 year of experience.
  • Computer Engineering or Computer Science grad.
  • Very Good English
