Job Description
- Make arrangements for Ticket, transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities inside & outside Egypt.
- Advise clients & provide general or specific advice about different travel destinations.
- Handling domestic & outbound holidays packages for groups and individuals.
- Handling tailor-made request.
- Close sales and follow up with clients "using above channels”
- Researching travel information and using market research information to guide decisions.
- Interacting with clients over Phone, Email, social media and Life chat.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints and make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues.
- Handle invoicing and issuing of vouchers.
- Evaluating customers’ holidays, issuing appropriate feedback form and assuring the client's satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience at least 5 years in domestic & outgoing tourism
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism
- Fluency in English Language
- Strong basic Computer Skills
