Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Heading, managing, and controlling the Picking process of items
- Coordinate with the technical teams as well as the local teams on all matters related to Queues and Picklist systems
- Strictly follow the health and safety regulation across all the warehouses teams and facility as daily practices and ways of working.
- Manage team performance & facilitate the proper environment for excellence, motivation and transparency.
- Evaluate employees and submit monthly incentives reports and annul appraisal reports.
- Manage teams attendance, Breaks, KPIs and annual vacation.
- Flexibility in working hours and rotational shifts
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 Years Experience in Warehousing
- Excellent people management skills
- Flexibility in working hours and rotational shifts
- Very good analysis skills and working knowledge with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent command of English Language
