Job Description
- Developing design styles and creative concepts for projects.
- Create engaging animations and work on cartoon videos and kids songs
- Animates and brings to life high profile characters and creatures of the production and Creates movement and performance for each character and develops emotional content.
- Analyze storyboards to recommend the best approach to 2D modeling and animation.
- Create 2D layouts, modeling a, d animation execution plan to support art direction.
- Create 2D models in a wide range of styles to accommodate various types of clientele.
- Ensure 2D art content meets technical guidelines and supports best practices and time efficiencies.
- To understand and implement creative and technical feedback of the supervisor's requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in art
- 3-4+ years of experience creating a high-quality character and creature animation. - having experience with kids videos is a plus-
- Have extensive experience in creating animation
- Ability to deliver dramatic and believable character performances, as well as having a solid understanding of body mechanics, timing, weight, and composition.
- Ability to be pro-active, and help develop plans and make recommendations that will continually raise the quality bar for the animation team.
- Technical understanding of animation tools, pipelines, and technical systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, creative problem solver and works well with a team.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Proven experience with industry standard plug-ins (Trapcode, Sapphire, Particle Illusion, etc.)
- 3D animation skills are a plus
- Love for the cartoon, art, and creative endeavors
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
- Expert in the latest Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and other graphics software including, but not limited to Cinema 4D, Maya, 3D Studio Max and Infusion
