Main responsibilities:

Manage and control the shipping lines that involve (invoicing - shipping –packing).
Insure that we have all the material needed on a daily bases.
Coordinate with the technical teams as well as the local teams on all matters related to warehousing systems
Strictly follow the health and safety regulation across all the warehouses teams and facility as daily practices and ways of working.
Manage team performance & facilitate the proper environment for excellence, motivation and transparency.
Evaluate employees and submit monthly incentives reports and annul appraisal reports.
Manage teams attendance, Breaks, KPIs and annual vacation.
