Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze lost updates and generate daily/weekly reports on their status.
  • Insure the Pipeline is clear compared with our SLA for each and every service
  • Support all operations teams on their daily requests on systems
  • Flag system bugs with responsible team and follow up on them.
  • Provide advice on potential process improvement
  • Handle outbound and incoming issues for JUMIA Services on Zendesk
  • Coordinate with different teams to clear their pending issues
  • Analyze and prepare all reports for resolutions provided
  • Communicate with our Global support team for discussing issues
  • Attending Global IT calls for understanding, recap on what we have on system as features, launching new features on our systems and Training sessions.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
  • + 2 Years of experience in system administration.
  • Ability to follow-up on tasks to be done on time.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Zendesk
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to communicate with different teams on a daily basis
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Advanced working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
