Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze lost updates and generate daily/weekly reports on their status.
- Insure the Pipeline is clear compared with our SLA for each and every service
- Support all operations teams on their daily requests on systems
- Flag system bugs with responsible team and follow up on them.
- Provide advice on potential process improvement
- Handle outbound and incoming issues for JUMIA Services on Zendesk
- Coordinate with different teams to clear their pending issues
- Analyze and prepare all reports for resolutions provided
- Communicate with our Global support team for discussing issues
- Attending Global IT calls for understanding, recap on what we have on system as features, launching new features on our systems and Training sessions.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- + 2 Years of experience in system administration.
- Ability to follow-up on tasks to be done on time.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge in Zendesk
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to communicate with different teams on a daily basis
- Organized and detail oriented
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Advanced working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
