Job Description

  • Your employer is a chain of urgent care medical centers which is undergoing a business transformation to build capabilities for its growth stage.
  • They need an HR professional with a business-oriented mindset to support the growth stage.
  • As an HR supervisor, you are expected to lead the talent acquisition process, activate performance management system, and handle Organizational Development challenges related to company growth stage.

Job Duties:

  • Manage the recruitment process (Analysis, Sourcing, Interviews, Hiring, and Boarding) for different medical and non-medical functions.
  • Help in boarding newcomers to easily merge in the organization culture.
  • Manage Payroll, com and ben system.
  • Implement and review HR policies.
  • Lead the performance management processes.
  • Handle any organizational conflict between different departments.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience in different HR functions especially recruitment and OD.
  • Healthcare background (Medicine, Pharmacy or health sciences graduates).
  • Strong Communication, leadership and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills.
