Job Description
- Your employer is a chain of urgent care medical centers which is undergoing a business transformation to build capabilities for its growth stage.
- They need an HR professional with a business-oriented mindset to support the growth stage.
- As an HR supervisor, you are expected to lead the talent acquisition process, activate performance management system, and handle Organizational Development challenges related to company growth stage.
Job Duties:
- Manage the recruitment process (Analysis, Sourcing, Interviews, Hiring, and Boarding) for different medical and non-medical functions.
- Help in boarding newcomers to easily merge in the organization culture.
- Manage Payroll, com and ben system.
- Implement and review HR policies.
- Lead the performance management processes.
- Handle any organizational conflict between different departments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in different HR functions especially recruitment and OD.
- Healthcare background (Medicine, Pharmacy or health sciences graduates).
- Strong Communication, leadership and conflict management skills.
- Excellent English skills.
- Very good Microsoft Office skills.
