Job Description
- Your employer is a chain of urgent care medical centers which is operating clinics in many brilliant hotels in Red sea region for many years.
- As an "Area coordinator", you will be responsible for a group of clinics where you will oversee their business performance and coordinate with the medical director to ensure they provide all the required services to the local community.
You are expected to:
- Lead local clinics and coordinate with the head office to supervise the financial and admin activities.
- Keep healthy relationships with our clients by handling all their requests in a rapid and effective way.
- Build and maintain good relations with travel agencies, tour guides, and local hotel executives.
- Provide reports and feedback to upper management about business progress and market updates.
- Research organizations and individuals to identify new potential opportunities, introduce our services and develop quotes and proposals.
- Attend events, meetings, and local activities to build rapport with the local market.
Job Requirements
- Relocation to Hurghada or Marsa Alam is a must.
- Accommodation will be provided by the company.
- Bachelor degree in business administration, tourism or relevant track.
- Healthcare background or Experience in healthcare will be an advantage.
- Basic experience in financial tasks like cash management and bookkeeping.
- Very presentable, strong social attitude, communication skills, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Creativity and the ability to design win-win relationships
- Excellent time management and self-motivation
