Job Description
- Troubleshooting and continual support on daily basis
- First and Second Line support for Applications used by employees and customers inside and outside Egypt
- Generating Root-Cause and Issue Analysis to spot trends and underlying issues
- Support for Java/Java EE and android applications
- Thorough end-to-end testing and Quality Assurance for In-House developed Applications
- Identifying and reporting Applications Bugs
- Deploying Web / Mobile Applications
- Analysis of any breakdown in applications or services
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years experience in (Software Support) or (Development Field)
- Experience in SQL , writing complex queries and tuning SQL
- Experience in Linux or Unix Administration
- Applications debugging skills is preferred
- Knowledge of Application Servers, Database Administration is preferred
- Knowledge of Java EE, JavaScript , CSS is a plus
- Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
