Job Description
- Managing the sale’s process of our projects from initial contact to closure.
- Achieving sales through cold calling, following up on leads, following up with inbound calls, advertising, and making business presentations.
- Coordinating appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
- Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via email and social media (Website, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts).
- Promoting projects through advertisements, and listing service.
- Meeting all revenues, sales targets objectives in line with the Marketing and Business Plan.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of sales experience in residential real estate
- Strong sales, negotiation skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills ( Arabic & English)
- Strong presentation skills and high attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and own a car.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Facebook.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must be professional in all regards.
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
