Job Description
- Maintain records to support proactive sourcing and recruiting programs to acquire high-performing professionals.
- Partner with internal teams to develop and design effective recruitment materials, recruiting strategies, and online career postings to attract quality candidates.
- Collaborate with team to compose job descriptions, selection criteria, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles for all open positions.
- Publish accurate, engaging job descriptions and manage postings in various sources to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
- Communicate professionally and informatively with interested applicants through various recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
- Schedule and coordinate interview and selection procedures and materials.
- Prepare, communicate, and compile selection committee responsibilities and feedback.
- Organize and facilitate New Hire Onboarding to create positive early employment experiences.
- Coordinate professional development and employee training programs to provide growth opportunities for team members.
- Research, invent and maintain new reports within Talent Management, including recruiting, employee engagement, and professional development.
- Assist with performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and other Human Resource functions as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet the organization’s needs.

- Industrial Field Experience is a must.
