Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
- Writing clean, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way.
- Design and develop all required databases in mySQL
- Write technical code documentation
- Design & Develop APIs & RESTful services.
- Integrate front-end modules with back-end modules with all security, performance & authentication aspects.
- Database administration and management of a hosting environment
Job Requirements
- 2 years minimum experienced web developer is required, with good experience in PHP & its frameworks.
- MUST have: Hands on experience in building PHP web applications using well known PHP frameworks.
- MUST have: Hands on experience in building RESTful APIs
- MUST have: MySQL Database design & development experience
- MUST have: Knowledge of version control systems such as GIT
- MUST have: Hands on experience in building web applications using Laravel PHP framework.
- MUST have: Good experience with problem solving & knowledge of how to debug, test and document issues
- Good to have: Skills in data migration, transformation, and scripting.
- Good to have: Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Good to have: Ability to implement unit tests.
- Good to have: Familiar with Linux OS and its command line interface commands
- Good to have: Background in cross platform mobile apps development using any of: IONIC.io, React native or Cordova
