Job Description
Civil Engineer
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.
- Preparing tender and planning applications and presentations.
- Advising clients on the practicality of their project.
- Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.
- Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.
- Coordinating the work of contractors.
- Making site visits to check on progress.
- Making sure that the project is running within the agreed time frame.
- Dealing with problems that might come up during the building
Architect-Engineer
- Analyze photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints
- Ensure project feasibility through continual evaluation of structural integrity and design practicality
- Create designs that utilize a variety of materials
- Perform and adjust quantity calculations for practical and budgetary purposes
- Forecast design and construction time frames
- Inspect project sites to ensure they meet relevant codes and are progressing properly
Job Requirements
- Experience in Hospitals and Hotels is a MUST
- Experience in Consultant Engineer Companies
- Good in English
- Good Communication Skills
- Bachelor degree in Egineering
- Excellence in computer skills
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge at material selection and prepare technical and financial offers
- 3 years experience at required engineering works
