Job Description
- Managing site work (HVAC- firefighting & plumbing)for mechanical, (ELV, Fire alarm, power& lighting )for Electrical
- Prepare shop drawing and BOQ
- Technical study & value engineering
- Preparing follow-up reports
- Reply mail and correspondences
- Reading material submitter and product catalog
- Reply to consultant comments and prepare compliance statement
- Prepare to follow –up reports
- Prepare Shop drawings and Technical submittals.
- Prepare RFI’s for all missing information and data.
- Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, or installation standards or specifications for (Low Current & Power).
- Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/ drawings, prepare technical offers.
- Coordinate with Architecture and structure teams during preparing shop drawing or during construction.
- Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at the site that may arise at any time. job requirements
Job Requirements
- Experience in Hospitals and Hotels is a MUST
- Experience in Consultant Engineer Companies
- Good in English
- Good Communication Skills
- Bachelor degree (Mechanical & Electrical) shall be
- Excellence in computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge at the material selection and prepare technical and financial offers
- 3 years experience at required engineering works
