Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and manage a team of administrative or support staff.Organizing meetings, site surveys and managing databases.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Projects documents archiving and follow-up.
- Responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise.
- Responsible for invoicing, taking financial records of company transactions, filing, and contracts progress record keeping.
- Handle & routing company leads.
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate between teams and follow-up logistics & documentation.
- Coordinate and moderate company-training programs.
- Ordering stationery and managing office budgets.
- Handling transaction balance records.
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries (Online & Offline).
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company event.
