Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and manage a team of administrative or support staff.Organizing meetings, site surveys and managing databases.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Projects documents archiving and follow-up.
  • Responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise.
  • Responsible for invoicing, taking financial records of company transactions, filing, and contracts progress record keeping.
  • Handle & routing company leads.
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
  • Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate between teams and follow-up logistics & documentation.
  • Coordinate and moderate company-training programs.
  • Ordering stationery and managing office budgets.
  • Handling transaction balance records.
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries (Online & Offline).
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company event.
