Job Description

Job summary

  • We are hiring HR manager to guide and manages the overall provision of Human Resources activities, policies, procedure and strategic planning for a company mid-sized .
  • Drive success by consistently shaping high performing cultures, prolific communications, robust development, developing executable strategy that attract, retain high potential talent and building, changing, optimizing organizational infrastructures, technologies, processes and measurements systems to increase value.

Job responsible

  • Development and management of Human Resources Department
  • Coordinates all Human Resources training programs
  • Leads the implementation of the performance management system,
  • Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire.
  • Interviews management and executive position candidates.
  • Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.
  • Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
  • Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal
  • organization development.Develops HR planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent “gaps” and implements appropriate recruitment plans… This includes competency assessment succession, career planning, and the identification of development and learning strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety,
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes.
  • Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational management skills.
