Job Description

  • Prepare and execute sales plans that meet the general division plans of DCS, ESD, SCADA, TMS, AMS etc. of the Process Automation Solutions & Systems (PASS) Business Unit for the Egyptian market in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Provide monthly progress sales report in relation with an approved annual sales plan for the sales dept.
  • Plan and arrange to promote the PASS systems and products selling into the Egyptian Industrial market through direct contacts, presentations, seminars etc.
  • Maintain and develop the Company business relationship with our installed base customers through regular visits, personal contacts, technical, business and commercial support.
  • Preparation and/ or review tenders and proposals.
  • Close follow up on above to insure high percentage success for the Company.
  • Insure highest portion for the company in available commissions for all transactions.
  • Insures proper I&C spares proposals preparation, follow up and orders.
  • Penetrate into competition accounts to insure highest market share.
  • Promote services product sales within our installed and competitor’s sites.
  • Promote services manpower sales on existing installations and current projects.
  • Follow up on International projects, using PATT, from the PASS perspective.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Automatic Control, Information Systems.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 7+ Years in similar business.
  • Sales / business development experience in similar business.
  • Customer network in the oil & gas, petrochemical and power industries.
  • Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for projects and tenders.
  • Experience in developing seminars and presentations on the business related systems and products.
