Job Description
- Consulting – covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end users utilizing primarily Microsoft Enterprise Project management platform
- Business and process analysis
- Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents. Liaising with developers and clients – act as a point of communication
- Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Possesses sound and practical knowledge of SharePoint Platform and completed 3-5 end to end different SharePoint implementations in portals, document management system, Enterprise Search, business intelligence, external system integration, and social features implementations.
- Deployment: Deploying a Multi-tier SharePoint Solutions on a small/ medium or large-scale Farms, including both Physical & Virtual servers (Hyper-V / VM-WARE).
- Knowledge of 3rd party products like Nintex, K2, Knowledge Lake, OCR products is necessary
- Hands-on expertise in implementing visual studio development, SharePoint designer and 3rd party workflow products.
- Hands on experience in implementing custom branding using responsive frameworks and tools

- Must have skills in Object Oriented Programming & Development
- Expert in.Net Development (Web & Windows) & SQL Database
- Experience in providing Pre-Sales Demonstrations
- Experience of working on full lifecycle implementations across multiple versions of SharePoint
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills with people at different levels
- Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying needs, with the ability to prioritize tasks and workload
- A strong team player with a proactive, flexible and mature approach to the role
- Highly confident with providing support and training to users
- Solves complex problems with creative solutions
- Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Systems/IT
