Job Description
- Schedule Meetings, Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Manage the personnel filing system
- Support the recruiting process
- Manage the petty cash expenses
- Manage logistic tasks for technical and commercial departments
- Support commercial events logistically
- Develop periodical status and planning reports
- Support commercial propositions and social media activities
- Contact clients, potential clients and organize meeting schedules
- Develop researches and surveys related to the business
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Accounting, or Business
- 3-4 years experience in similar position
- Self-motivated, dynamic, flexible and presentable
- Has team spirit and is a team player
- Excellent communication
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office
