Job Description
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Oversee a social media strategy
- Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s)
- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
- Fix any errors or bugs in online content
- Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
- Arrange webinars and webcasts
- Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ads management
- Present company services for the target customers.
- Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing plan
- Evaluate target customer needs based on competition analysis.
- Support the Marketing Manager in Developing the Marketing Strategies, Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Manage the company departments of Social media, SEO, Online Advertising,
- Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media
- Measure and report performance of all digital Marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Collaborate with agencies and another vendor
- Increase the company online presence and our client's online presence
Job Requirements
- Good command of English language.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with social media, Google Ad-words and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Bachelor's degree
- Teamwork
- Proficient in content marketing, theory, and application.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest …etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Display effective communication of information and ideas in written and video format.
- Maintain a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
- Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”.
- Demonstrate winning Social Customer Service techniques.
- Able to work successfully on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- High communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude to interact with diverse groups of individuals.
