Job Description
Revamp (US based) is extending its team in New Cairo, building the award-winning SaaS CRM and salable web solutions. Immediate hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases for the CRM web and mobile apps, to verify the product functionality according to user’s requirements.
- Write clear and concise bug reports and scenarios to ensure clear communication with software developers and ensure complete resolution.
- Write detailed test reports that accurately describe the project status.
- Leads customer demos to design and deliver solutions that meet the customer business requirements.
- Perform end user training for customers in one-on-one webinars.
- Provides application support for clients.
- Provides escalation support for helpdesk.
Job Requirements
Technical Software Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science or other related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in Software Testing.
- A solid understanding of CRM entity is a must.
- English Fluency.
- Familiarity with MS Visual Studio.
- ISTQB/CT-FL certification is preferred
- Hand on experience in Agile Scrum
- Experience in non-functional testing: automation, performance, security is preferred
