Job Description

  • Create all non-financial master data for assigned unit or number of routes such as (customers’ information, segmentation, distribution channels, Sales Reps, routes, customer assigning on routes).
  • Provide first line of technical support to different system users.
  • Track and report hardware condition & issues for both HH & printers.
  • Provide the HH technical support and make the workflow easier.
  • Provide the required training to the SRs, accountants and warehouse keepers.
  • Troubleshoot and communicate with the IT for non-solved issue as a vocal point.
  • Provide monthly device matching report.
  • Handel stock of printers paper rolls and distribution to sales reps in addition to backup devices.

Job Requirements

Academic and professional qualifications:

  • BA degree in business administration or computer science.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales buzz (Back Office + HH) for FMCG.
