Job Description
- Install, configure, maintain, and control computer systems, servers, hardware devices, software applications, emails, and ERP system.
- Participate in creating IT process, procedures, policies, targets, and objectives.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose to solve hardware/software faults immediately.
- Administrate all Linux and Windows servers.
- Ensure all IT services are accessible, controllable, and available.
- Provide orientation, training, and support to all users of existing technology.
- Maintain and develop all IT infrastructure elements.
- Manage, secure, and control all outsourcing IT services
- Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software licenses, and all IT resources.
- Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum utilization with optimum cost.
- Handle and maintain all IT documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in computer science or communication
- At least 1 year of Experience in IT.
- Experience in Windows and Linux servers Administration.
- Experience in ERP system.
