Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of how the entire suite of ECM/BPM products is developed, deployed and supported
- Resolve customer issues or difficulties in manner that is consistent with the company mission ,values and financial objectives.
- Work with the manager of professional services to continuously define and improve a wide spectrum of processes
- Work independently in the following IBM technology : Business Process Management & Enterprise Content Management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science or any relative discipline.
- Strong Knowledge in Java.
- Strong Knowledge in OOP.
- Strong Knowledge in database fundamental.
- Preferred knowledge in IBM BPM Basics or IBM Filenet, IBM Datacap.
