Senior Technical Consultant - Information Management

Main Job Duties:

• Conducts design and code reviews for BPM.
• Develops applications/processes against aggressive timelines.
• Perform coding to written technical specifications for significant to highly complex business.
• Provide guidance and support to fellow colleges in his own subject matter expertise.
• Can effectively and in a timely manner determine the estimate to design, build, and code, document and unit test so that accurate estimates can be provided to the Technical Supervisor.
• Will participate in all development phases, design, prototype build, code, and document and unit test.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of how the entire suite of BPM products is developed, deployed, and supported.
• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
• Work with the Manager of Professional Services to continuously define and improve a wide spectrum of processes utilized by the Professional Services team.
