Customer service specialist to support Senegal, Gambia, Guinea, Nigeria, Cameroon and all across Africa.
Main duties:
- Introducing company’s financial services to customers in order to follow up with further steps.
- Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for services.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Response to customers inquiries by live chat, social media pages, phone and emails.
- Run a phone-based questionnaire dialog with prospects and leads.
- Maintain database of prospects, leads and opportunities
- Achieve Telemarketing Phone Calls Targets.
- Report progress to Management

- International contact center experience is preferred
