To lead the technical and administrative staff to provide a variety of activities and services, including:

A permanent home to host and care for orphans with special needs
A day-care center for children with special needs
Outpatient clinics for children with disabilities include a speech clinic, a children's assessment clinic, a physiotherapy clinic, occupational therapy, and others

Applicants must have the following specifications:

To have a leading and managerial personality and capable of forming and managing the team
Have at least 10 years of experience in the field of people with special needs
To be the holder of educational and administrative studies in the field
Be familiar with the administrative and regulatory frameworks for rehabilitation programs for children with multiple disabilities, whether motor, sensory or mental
Be aware of the latest methods and methods of dealing with children with disabilities and help them overcome the challenges and obstacles facing them
To be aware of the laws of the Challenger and to communicate with the administrative authorities and the Ministry of Social Affairs in Egypt
To be able to innovate in providing care for people with special needs through community partnership and activating the role of community responsibility
Be aware of the quality standards for the rehabilitation of the health and social challenges of disability
Be fluent in English and use the computer
