Job Description
- Work Closely with Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve by communicating and working with operations team.
- Help prepare budgets, Analyze risks and opportunities
- Oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Support Project Manager on a daily basis to manage projects and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
