Job Description
Network
- Provide Smart hands support for the Network devices
- Work with the global vendor for supporting Incidents/Requests, IMAC, Projects, etc..
- Troubleshooting network problems and outages
Voice
- Administration and support for the Cisco IPT infrastructure
- Provide technical support to clients using Cisco CUCM
- Ensure availability of all network voice and collaboration resources
- Provide alerting, monitoring, and reporting for supported systems that will promote continuous operation.
Job Requirements
- CCNA routing/switching, CCNA Voice/Collaboration
- Good knowledge about cisco technologies, CUCM, LAN/WAN, cabling, etc.
