Job Description
- Provide support to retail stores & Head office by configuring and installing Windows servers, upgrading and migrating operating systems and software applications, and handling user complaints and problems by providing ultimate solutions to meet their needs and requirements.
- Additionally, you will manage backups, troubleshooting, and maintain secure data communication.
- Modify configurations, utilities, software, etc.
- Set up equipment for new users.
- Configure and maintain computers, POS and network equipment in retail stores
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
- Printer Software and Hardware diagnosis skills are preferred
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Win server 2008, 2016.
- ISA server
- Domain Controller.
